With as many charges against him in WA and also in Arkansas, what would make WA State let this creep out of jail to walk the streets? It is so upsetting .... Remember in Sept, the State Mental Hospital took some of the inmates to the State Fair, and one that was in for supreme violence to others escaped..... What is going on is a darn good question!
