good, i now have something to keep the calpars real estate investment manager's quote company - "the only risk is to not take risk" - uttered in 2005 before he lost well over a billion for his employer.

No matter what people say about the diminishing value of USD and all of this deficit spending, it's apparent there remains an appetite for US government debt. That is evidenced by the rates on the 10 and 30 year bonds
