That could be a sign of a problem, but what crime did he commit right now other than a driving infraction? Is there any history of domestic violence or infidelity? Were the police ever called to their home before? There's nothing to go on but blind guesses and mouth drooling lip smacking gossip... maybe by the end of the week there'll be something credible, but right now there's nothing... I'm reminded of that DA who tried to make a name for himself by jamming those three college guys for raping some girl at a party, only to find out he was creating a case out of his own imagination...
