<< Wrong!
jjc >>

Wrong??? Puhleeeeze. I believe my advice on Tuesday evening (after the Dow had rallied 337 pts that day) was to sell the rally the next day.

Here is the link:
techstocks.com

1) I correctly predicted a rally. Greenspan started flapping his gums Wednesday morning talking "salutary effects" and such and the Dow shot up 120 points. C$CO climbed to a high of 81 5/8.

2) C$CO and the rest of the market sold off. Those 120 points were wiped out and the Dow closed up only 8 points. The Naz had been up over 20 and finished up less than a point.

3) The next morning (Thursday) the Dow opened down 100 and the Naz was down over 30. C$CO opened down over 3 points in the 77's.

Please explain to me how my advice (given Tues. evening) to sell the rally on Wednesday was "Wrong!".

CRC

P.S. If your going to tell me that C$CO closed at 82 on Friday so it made no sense for you to sell, then I want you to explain to me how you held DELL and CPQ, MSFT, BAY, INTC, A$ND etc. through the 250 point Dow drop on late Wed/Thurs, and are better off for doing so.

off topic:

james, is it ethical for tom kurlak to tout mu when he knows that dram prices are tanking and they won't make estimates in the name of profit? he's a weak analyst with no grounding in reality, imho. i really think he just manipulates investors who lack information and investing critical thinking abilities.
