Why would a lender not work with a borrower when the borrower's collateral won't cover the loan balance? No lender in his right mind wants collateral today. Because they are Rs.....they don't want to deal with people's problems. Its too complicated......too much like socialism. For years, they red lined whole neighborhoods because they didn't like dealing with poor people of color. Does that make sense.....reducing your potential business? Of course it doesn't make any sense but they did it for decades. Rs are stupid......just like ole strumming Huck and quitter Sarah........we all know that. I've seen no evidence you have the slightest understanding of the way mortgage lending works. In fact, AFAIK, you're a teacher who doesn't even understanding the way TEACHING works. When evolution lets you catch up, then and only then will you start to understand me.
