You idiot....they foreclose, take the loss and move on. That's been their MO for years. You'd know that if you got off the farm once in a while.

Read the whole post and get the POINT, Asstalker. When the bank throws out a mortgage holder, they OWN the property. In this market, they're not likely to sell it for years..

Uh......why do you think banks have been required to build up large reserves? What do you think the concern is?
