See my last post about people dying. Windsurfing is harder on the body because it is far more difficult.... but the accidents are usually more forgiving. Some of my MD friends about my age (52) say crashes while kiting will be tough on knees and hips so they stick to windsurfing.... but we sure get our share of injuries... broken ribs, torn up shoulders and broken legs are the most popular and I can vouch for busted leg and shoulder tears...
