Lenders redlined neighborhoods, based mostly on race They redlined based on their experience with those neighborhoods which was not good...and yes....they were predominately black neighborhoods....its a fact that average incomes for black families are lower than white families.

What has OBAMA done in an almost one year in office (aside from giving speeches and accepting a Nobel Peace Prize - which, in my opinion he does not deserve). OBAMA is from the academic world.
