pat--

i agree. i had originally thought that netspeed would be good, but now am not so sure. i like the idea of ORCTF (yes, i am holding some:)) as has been suggested by others, and your right about being able to get chips made without the need for a fab. with the current glut of memory products i expect a wide range of fabs in asia to shift from memory manufacture to specialty manufacturing on contract.

as for ipsilon...aren't they a gigabit ethernet company? wouldn't that put us squarely against CSCO( i should tell you that going up against CSCO doesnt scare me, it just that the perception on the street will be that we are already dead if we try)?

of course, with enough debt and stock, we could buy both<G>.

good luck to all,
trey

Only 2,500 modems?

I haven't followed Ipsilon. Your URL link is a good start for me... until later.

[Pat-Ipsilon]

<What about Ipsilon?>

Last time I checked Ipsilon was involved in a standards battle w/ Cisco. I like your pick & think it would be another good choice for WSTL.

<It's hard to estimate the value of a private company still in development stage.>

We would need a price to look any further.
