He could have easily picked up a gun at a gun show from a private seller, showing the guy a fake ID. Not likely here in WA State - all Guns at the gun show require NICS check first and he's a felon. Most likely stole it from one of his pressure washer business customers or family or friend as the FBI gun crime statistics would support. You'd know that if you used real information and not MSLSD for you're news source. But, is he a terrorist? Not according to Eric Holder - he's not a white, tax protestor or a legal gun owner. What he is is a cold blooded murderer - and an unhinged Obama supporter thinking he's the messiah asking Obama to confirm this news. Perhaps Holder needs to expand his definition of domestic terrorists to include delusional Obama supporters that have access to firearms legal or otherwise.
