For "..who did nothing and got paid for it..", and for "..who got the biggest grant that paid all the executives and accomplished none of the purported project goals..", of course..!!! It's like the NAACP, the money goes in and nothing but blather and bluster comes out. Jesse Jackarse has existed for years of this operative Rainbow principle; while never working a day in his whole misrable life. (Unless you consider creating babies out of wedlock to be work). .
