Yes, JBII not only is "supposed" to do data recovery, but they have been and are sole sourced by a NASA, easily verified at nasa.gov That's one division. I don't know about other scam companies nor do I care that much. JBII appears to be the real deal unless NASA is in on the scam? lol Other customers include MIT, Harvard, United Nations, US Army, and a while back Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft. Check out JBII
