I think taking away the playable tables and tightening machines and now taking food choices away is going to backfire. I know my offers from the Venetian have fallen into a hole. When I call my host I find that all the hosts except for the very high rollers are no longer there. When I call player development the whole department has been shut down. Now you only get whatever mail offer they send and then you have to book that electronically. They had also closed the check in desk in their Venenzia tower and had half as many people at the main check in. We got there early enough it wasn't a problem for us but we went to dinner one afternoon and couldn't believe the lines, they were out the front door. Came back from dinner and I recognized people half way to the counter that were there when we went to eat. How long will people put up with that? Now City Center is opening up to increase the glut of Vegas rooms. Not sure but Vegas may be writing it's own obit. You don't have to go there to gamble anymore with Indian casino's and boats and the likes. And now they are taking away the service besides. Not good.
