Maybe, I haven't noticed his temper, but I don't think Tiger is so stupid that he would harm or threaten harm to his neighbors, unless you're actually suggesting that these neighbors are going to get a restraining order against Tiger for him not to go near them? Maybe, but it sounds like one heck of a stretch, especially when you have absolutely no evidence of anything except your wild imagination...
