I just can't resist responding to this.

If I followed your advice, I would have sold my Intel stock back when it was $1 per share and would have missed the remaining 75x runup out of a total 150x runup over the last 20 years. Methinks this would have been a big mistake.

I'll repeat what I've said before on this thread: Intel is a stock to own and never sell. Never, ever, ever. Over the long run, this stock has consistently returned more to shareholders than any other stock.

You sell it then buy it back when it returns to a non speculative valuation. I certainly think Intel is a good stock to own but not at these prices.

At this point, I would consider buying Intel at $60. I almost bought it about 6 months ago, when it was approaching $60 pre-split, but it didn't get to my magic number.

Hmm, maybe I sould sell puts with strike price of 60. I will look into it.
