She told you very clearly what her objection to allowing foreign aids patients in was and it had nothing to do with intolerance of their sexual practices.

Aids is not to be taken lightly or just a disease of the homosexual. It has decimated much of Africa.

Banning people for having AIDS is about intolerance of their sexual preference.

Actually, in sub-Saharan Africa, AIDS is predominately a heterosexual disease. I'd think a know-it-all like you would be aware of this.
