Waldy, you are way too kind but you got me thinking about Will type philosophies. I once called up the president of another little start up company and asked how it was going. She said "I'm up to my neck in horse crap but I'm going to keep digging because I'm pretty sure there's a pony down here somewhere!" I'm not sure if Will said it first but it seems relevant to this situation in many ways. The main thing is to keep Tom in shovels! Have a great weekend! sjj
