I think its high time for independent assays as the only acceptable
means of determing if a ore body truly exists. Because of all
the scams that have occured in the mining industry.
Prehaps two idependent companys that are there from the time
extraction occurs to the time the assays are all complete.
This sounds costly, and most likey would be, but so are scams.
They cost the market billions just look at what has happend to this industry in the past year. To me it looks like juniors (actually the hole mining sector )have been kicked in the teeth because of a few bad apples. Many stocks today tradeing at cash value or less with little or no value for good properties.

Ignorant enough to have read the whole Strathcona report and almost died laughing.

I know you wouldn't have seen the humour but some of the picture were
better than the funny papers. Another one in on the scam. Normet.

COC. Yes they did assay checks. They handled samples. They were on site. They visited LAO DURI. They SAW THE BAGS OPEN AND ACCEPTED THE WORD OF DEGUZMAN THAT IT WAS TO DRY THE SAMPLES OUT. LIKE CLINTON COULD USE THAT AS A DEFENSE. I HAD IT OUT TO DRY IT OUT.

Why did Lao Duri even exist? Did anybody ask?

They were monumentally negligent. An engineering firm by Canadian law cannot just rubber stamp someone else's assays no matter what the contract. Their license can be suspended for doing so. And in Kilborn's case, should be!
