Well, the Florida Highway Patrol has spoken, they're going to give Tiger a ticket for $164.00 and he'll also get 4 points against him on his drivers license... no charges... you might go back to the drawing board and find another person to dream up stories about... have you thought about writing a screenplay? Never mind, I wouldn't read it...
