What are you talking about, Steve? (It's been available online for more then a year already now. And verified in all it's particulars by all the State's record authorities, including even up to the Republican Governor... and accepted as 100% authoritative by every single Court in the land that the question has been put before to date, including the US Supreme Court which has refused further review of the matter, leaving all lower Court's rulings standing.)
