Hi Jay: One factor I learned with a multi level parking garage is to consider the height between floors. When it is time to do maintainence paving if there is no enough height the cost becomes quite expensive. A company I worked for built a state of the art parking garage but after 10+ years they needed to do resurfacing. The original specs incorporated the weight of resurfacing but the problem was it decreased the height. Cars could still fit in the garage but vans and trucks couldn't make it. Just an item to consider. Tim
