I didn't listen. The trader surtax of .5% would hit me far bigger in the pocketbook. I'd actually welcome a War tax as long as it hits everyone to an extent. There has been zero sacrifice for both wars from the general public. Maybe if they were at least taxed they'd think twice and be more vocal about getting out of empire-ruin land.

I think there are betting methods than a tax, but unfortunately it seems as though money is the only thing people understand...only when it's coming directly from them. Otherwise everything else happens with Pixies apparently.
