in my economic language, what the n.korean officialdom just did is a classic "monetary reset #1", to be followed by an eventual but inevitable #2 ... and thereafter, total collapse, etc etc revolution, blood, much blood, much more blood

what can the n.koreans do with new money?

buy gold, hoard coal, pile up wood, ... the usual
