The lessons Brazil learned:
We had a financial crisis result of debt crisis

Not an economic crisis.

The banks were state-owned.

Privatized the banks.

Tax payer assumed all the rotten debts.

Sold the banks to HSBC Santander etc and to private ones: Itau, Bradesco

All the weaklings were bought by the strong ones.

Because the banking system was sanitized mid-90s Brazil passing to this finance crisis without much problems

Now without finance sector screwing things up the economy can grow.

We have 25 years to catch up.

Thus no bubble there.
