No.

What you state is simply NOT TRUE.

The certificate of birth issued by the State of Hawaii is the ONLY legal certificate that can currently be issued by them (they, like many other states, moved to an electronic records system some years back).

It is COMPLETELY LEGAL and OFFICIAL, and is recognized in all 50 States and by the federal government and all Courts.

As are also the many similar birth certificates issued by various other states.

(In actual fact: the state of Hawaii has CHANGED the form of it's birth certificates at least three times since Obama's birth, and he change legally superseded the previous legal forms and replaced them as far as what is supplied to citizens when they request a birth certificate. My State has done exactly the same thing.)
