I'm still here, and still voting against the merger. I am not philosophically opposed to DRNK selling, but I am opposed to them selling out for well under fair market value.

I agree that $5-6 is a more reasonable price, given that the price stabilized around $4 after the spring earnings release.

Still long,

Steve

Just dropped my vote AGAINST the merger in the mail.

I have to wonder how many shareholders are still hanging on after more than 4 months of waiting to vote against this.

Also have to wonder if that may be part of the reason for the delay. Maybe the reasoning went something like this. . . "since the DRNK shareholders are getting screwed, they will all vote against this merger. Let's drag it out a while and most of them will move on to other investments. The new buyers will be aware of the merger and will be willing to go along and vote with us. In fact, the new owners will just be the arbitragers and probably won't vote anyway. The longer we delay the vote, the more shareholders will give up and/or find more attractive places to put their investments, and the eaiser time we will have getting this robbery approved."

OK, enough of that. I feel a little better finally getting to vote against this thing. At this point I'll be glad when the 25th gets here and we can get this thing over with.
