The bonds were sold in August when the price was in the $40-50 range.

They can't convert now because the bond is convertable beginning in early Nov. 97 at $47. In the meantime they get the interest paid Semi-Annual I believe.

When the price moves back up they can convert. Let's just say there could be some resistance around $55-60, for a little profit on the sell excluding interest earned on the bonds of course.

Not an issue, just an SEC filing for the option to convert.
