(a) Dutton Associates Independent Analyst Reportliviakis.com This report provides a detailed review of the business model and the upside revenue opportunity as focused on China -- it does not cover in any way the opportunity in Nigeria. The business model has a large focus on the Coal Bed Methane opportunity in China including a revenue stream of $1.5M, $26.3M, and $80.1M in the first three years of production. Frank Ingriselli commented on CBM operations in the conference call today -- you can get his actual comments at the website: www.papetroleum.com. In general, his comments were that these operations are proceeding as planned -- but again, please access his actual comments for an accurate quote. (b) Green Dragon Gasgreendragongas.com CBM is one of many focal points for the Chinese government and their goal of increasing domestic sources of energy. One of the closest industry comparables to Pacific Asia Petroleum is Green Dragon Gas. As you can see from the recent financial results above, Green Dragon Gas reported annual revenues of $24M in 2008 and 6 month 2009 revenues of $19M. (c) ENI Agipeni.com As you can see on Page 15 of the above report, the Oyo field is projected to generate 29,000 barrels per day at peak production. I apologize if you have already accessed the information above and if this posting is redundant to your general knowledge about these opportunities. Without commenting specifically on Pacific Asia Petroleum and their business model or projections -- I can state the following facts: - The Chinese goverment is aggressively pursuing CBM - Several companies, including a small cap company like Green Dragon Gas, have already generated $20M, $30M, $40M in revenues with more upside to come Lastly, as is obvious to you, Oyo would generate a lot of cash that can be used for a lot of different things. I hope this provides additional perspectives that are helpful.
