Obama's peeps have opened the door for some really nasty shit after the next election. By targeting people in the Bush admin for legal actions, Obama has made every democrat a target when the republicans are back in power. Holder not investigating and prosecuting the Black Panthers and ACORN, he has made it OK for future AGs to ignore criminals based on political connections. The best reason to keep the government as hobbled and powerless as possible is that your people aren't always going to be in power. The liberals are going to hate the precedents that are being set by the Obama admin once the democrats are no longer in power. (and yes, it works the other way too...powers given to the government under the republican admins are not powers that I would want transferred to socialist leaning democrats).
