"I think I'm a god" is technically a half truth. If I thought it, and it's true that I thought it, that is the correct half. The rest is 100% rubbish.

"Glen Beck said <anything>" is by definition at least a half-truth if he said it. Most of the time the <anything> is less than rubbish.

When I said 'half-truths', I was thinking about things like the increasing budget deficits.

Right-wing pundits are pounding the drum on that, and it is a scary situation. They just conveniently abdicate any responsiblity for their previous part in it, such as foolish tax cuts and unnecessary wars.

I am stupid and proud ?

Can we blame this on our public schools or Fox news ?

A teacher from California said that her students were all for Obama before the election. However when she discusses any thing remotely related to current events now they are not aware of this build up in Afghanistan..

Wonder why ?
