ESI Ships Three Model 5100 Laser Via Drilling Systems to Samsung Electro-Mechanical Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ:ESIO) announced shipment of an order for three Model 5100 micro-via laser drilling systems from Samsung Electro-Mechanical Co. Ltd. (SEMCO). These units have been installed, during ESI's second quarter, at Samsung's Chochiwon, Korea manufacturing facility.
