Jim, you didnt get my drift at all... sorry if I was too obtuse. I agree with you, there is a lot of room for manipulation. I was saying that whatever a company might do, it would be hard to prove legally , of course often, their is usually a big gulf between the law and what is ethical/moral. Me, I got lots of problems with what goes down in this world.. Is it ethical to waste the amount of energy we do, because we have subsidized energy in the US? Sure ain't ethical in my book. I think we could have a huge positive change for the future/present just by changing our energy policies, starting with taking the carriers out of the Med/etc. Vote for me for benevolent dictator.. a tofu in every pot.
