WINDS 50 TO 60 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 80 MPH INCREASING TO 100 TO 130 MPH AROUND 3 PM AND..AT CLOSEST APPROACH AROUND 7 PM WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE 140 TO 180 MPH. BY 10 PM WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO RAPIDLY DECREASE TO 50 TO 70 MPH. SURF IS EXCEPTIONALLY HAZARDOUS AT 30 TO 40 FT AND COULD INCREASE FURTHER TO 40 TO 50 FT.
