Agreed.... so unemployment is about 1/2 of what I expect at the peak (or maybe worse)... Real Estate will be a steal... but timing could mean a lot. DAK

Well said Box go gold -so many gold bugs were smugly dismissed by the Wall St establishment and their tools in the financial press. I was confident that gold would come alive and it has a way to run. ho ho ho
