What's the point of posting that?

We want the meat of the item here. I don't need an overpriced broker to buy and sell.. hell, I found the SEC filing on Friday.

I need to understand the impact (I do have a Series 7). I'll read the filing now (washed my hands) and post my interpretation in FULL without posting tid-bits of info.......

I think, if those notes were not registered, then they buyers must be accredited. Also, the investors must hold those notes for a year or two before they would be allowed to sell them. Am I correct?
