Alan:

If EUTO has an agreement to buy back at $0.035 per share, the 50,000,000 shares they sold, why would EUTO be in a hurry to use their $$$ to buy back these shares ahead of any expiration on their option to buy back these shares. Why buy something today you can buy tomorrow at the same price, why not wait and use the cash for something more productive. EUTO could increase share price increases by using the money for something productive that would increase the value of the company, would that not make more sense??? The right to buy back the shares at $0.035 can be exercised at a time when the company is less in need of the cash.

If there is a question as to the state of existence of these 50,000,000 shares, maybe there could be some incentive given for the holders of these shares to allow Brad hold the certs if he is not already doing so.

Alan, thank you for responding. I understand what you are saying and we do have the same basic question - Why has the TA stopped at 85 million? However, your statement that EUTRO has done their part is where we differ. If a manager, parent, teacher, or anyone, instructs someone to do something, it is also their responsibility to follow up and make sure it is done.

The response from Euto management to your concern that the TA wasn't processing the shares is a non answer, in my opinion. By saying that the releases were accurate answers nothing. Were they monitoring the situation? Have they been contacting the TA to question why their instructions haven't been followed? Have they questioned why the process is taking so long? I would not receive high marks as a manager from my boss if I didn't track the progress and follow up on tasks that I delegated to others, no matter how much other work I had to do.

So my question still remains, what hasn't EUTO management been more involved in tracking this process with the TA????
