Other then the (one-time expedient, not an on-going expense) of the "stimulus bill" - about $700 Billion, 39.9% of that tax cuts and tax incentives, what are you talking about with that "Trillions" comment?

The two Trillions (and counting...) from Bush that I enumerated (Trillion for the wars, Trillion for "part D"... both just measured over a decade, future interest costs and continued spending not yet included) were *all* simply added directly to the deficit... not ever funded with new revenue nor with off-setting cuts elsewhere.

Note: I didn't even COUNT the Bush-era financial bail out costs (TARP I and TARP II) from last Fall... as they were 'one-time expenses' (similar to this Spring's Obama-era "Stimulus Bill"), but you can toss' em into the count if you feel so inclined....
