Agree. Many do not realize that the dollar has been in deeper trouble historically. Longer term, yes I think the dollar is flawed and will progress the path of every fiat that preceded it. However, it takes a beating, but is still the most secure during wild times. More people lose w/ sever uncontrolled corrections... both up and down.. Therefor, I think all parties will work towards controlled revaluation and maximize profits. But, wild, fear mongering sure gets peeps emotions going.. ;)
