Don't forget that there are federal agencies that expend significant resources monitoring places like SI. I would be shocked if the FBI, CIA and or Secret Service have not already located Sarman. He has probably been being observed for some time.

If I had to guess SEC investigators probably passed a tip along to the FBI agents.

One day a Syrian (Iranian, etc.?) agent will be expelled from the US and Sarman will stop posting.
