I do not agree.... If a company says they intend to buyback 100 million dollars

of stock, it is a bullish stance.

How could someone accuse them of insider trading...after all, they can hire Salomon to buy on the bid at 79.875 or they could tell Plaza to sell $80 puts. What's the difference?
