Wonder how long you would last (not working your ass off) as a roofer?

The truth is had I been a roofer I would have lasted a year or so at most after which I would have probably gone into the roofing business and hired other people to be roofers. Same with ditch-digging.

I've been self employed essentially all of of my working life, and can't imagine any circumstances where I would have done otherwise.
