For what it is worth I began buying this stock in 1995 at 0.75 or so and continued to buy as it dropped as low as 0.20 cents. I then began selling in May/June 1996, I believe it was, at $1.60 to 1.70. So I have a warm spot in my heart for god 'ol AGTI, so have again begun purchasing although I am a little unhappy with the employment contracts the bosses have set up for themselves, and the disconcerting 8k's. Yet, AGTI's debtors seemed content to take AGTI's common stock at 0.15 to 0.25 a share in exchange for their preferred and notes.
Maybe when all these conversiion sells are out of the way AGTI may rise again.I hope the CEO and PRES.(also JR.) prove they are worth their contracts. Luck K
