Sounds like the schedule is set. Just have to wait and see how Fox Chapel does. But sounds like the first round will be easy, in any case.

Regarding the MF's selling in October: I assume they would sell their positions that are out of the money for capital losses? Otherwise wouldn't they just continue to hold? If this is correct, are they also restricted from returning to a long position in Ligand for 1 month in order for that capital loss to be acceptable in 1997?
