If not him, then WB is a possibility at some point. He did write about the consequences of QE and deficits, and tried to purchase some 100 MOz of silver in the late 90-s, just about cornering that market. Probably regrets he sold it now. Maybe he's in it again, bought the last year's dump. When you get one of 'em, it's a big spike. When a few of 'em or many jump on the bandwagon, it's a mania. Quite a few are entering the pm market these days.
