There's been a politicization of conflicts but no declaration of war and no legal basis under the Consitituion. So now you know more than the Constitutional Scholars? The President of the US is also the commander in chief of our military forces. And as that post also stated, although I'm sure you're ritalin was wearing off by then, throughout our history there have been armed conflicts in abundance which NEVER were bestowed with a congressional declaration of war. Some of these conflicts occurred while the founding fathers were STILL ALIVE. So I think the people who framed our constitution knew a bit more about what their intent was than some half-@ssed, mental midget like yourself. Hawk
