Just one more result of all that Global Warming, don't you know? Denver recorded a new record overnight low for this date at +1 degree. We're to hover right around and below the freezing mark for the next several days. Bright sunshine... and cold!

Indeed home is the best place to be today. Stopped for a few minutes but back to large flakes again. It is sticking in patches of grass in our back yard. I know sand was put out last night on the bridges and freeways and I have not heard of any accidents yet, but I'm sure some of the hot rods here will crash as we are mostly people who do not know the proper way to drive on snow covered streets and highways.

I am now saying prayers for my daughter who drives an hour and a half each way to work to be safe. Hope they call and tell her she is covered tonight and to stay home. She is working the two to ten p.m shift at a male juvenile felony lockup further North of her home and expect that area will get more snow than we will. She just called and is on her way now with light snow that is not sticking and told me highway has been sprayed for icing and sanded also. Left an hour earlier than she usually does so as not to be late or cause me to worry. Will call me when she gets to her destination.

Do you think you'll still have the snow tomorrow? The forecast seems sorta iffy....Maybe the storm can't make up it's mind whether or not to rain or snow...
