I think all Canadian Indians should be relocated to Colorado at Canadian taxpayer expense. They must give up their citizenship and all future claims and will receive an airplane ticket and a cheque for 500,000 CDN dollars. This will be quite a savings because by the time an indian is returned to the ground he/she has cost the Canadian taxpayer a little over $1.2 million. Crime sprees, vandalism, rehabilitation, sentencing circles, medical and welfare all cost big bucks. So give them the tomahawk chop at age 16 and maybe enroll them immediately upon receipt in a Spanish language course.
