Hawk, your view seems to be that we can stamp out religious radicals to a significant extent.

i don't think this is possible. i also think it is reasonable to conclude that the problem will be equal or worse after we've blown $3 trillion on iraq and afghanistan as it was before.

i hope you are right and i am wrong, but i wouldn't bet that way.
