Not sure what you were referring to.... That article, (I thought anyway), was a rare clear news piece that explained how the Supreme Court --- through just two main rulings --- had expanded the powers of the central government beyond all recognition by our founding fathers... and ALL THROUGH their highly suspect INTERPRETATION of what the Constitution's Commerce Clause is supposed to mean. Take away that expansionist interpretation of the Commerce Clause... and you take away much of Big Brother's reach into private lives.
