It's absolute horseshit. Rumsfeld wanted to fight that war on a budget and outsource the fighting to Afghanis. We got failure as a result. Honor would demand that Rumsfeld and the GOP admit they screwed up. But they'll spin until the day they die. And here we are 8 years later paying the price.

V: I remember seeing an ABC Newsclip of the Taliban forces steaming up a pass out of AFghan into the Pakistan territory thinking "Where the bleep is our blocking force?"
